  • How will Hypnosis feel?
    Since hypnosis is a natural state of mind, you will feel exactly how you feel moments before falling asleep and waking up. In this state, you will have full control and will be able to listen and speak during your session.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    The average is anywhere from 2-6 sessions. Some people only need 1-2, whereas others will need up to 5 or 6.
  • Do you offer a free consultation?
    Yes, if you'd like to schedule time to connect, I offer this as a free consultation. My number one goal is to educate you on what hypnotherapy is and answer any questions that you may have.
  • Will Hypnotherapy help me?
    Yes, Hypnotherapy can help you if you are ready to make a change in your life. I have worked with 1000's of people who have changed their entire lives utilizing hypnotherapy sessions. If you are someone who is not ready to change, then it will not help you.
