How many sessions will it take to solve my issue?
Some issues take more time to resolve than others. Please call to find out how many sessions you will need.
Does hypnosis work for everyone?
Yes, as long as you want it to work. Look at the testimonials of a few clients that I have served. More than half of those clients were skeptical prior to starting their sessions and have achieved success beyond their wildest dreams.
What will we be doing during our sessions?
At the beginning of each session we will set a particular goal in place. Once a goal has been set I will guide you into hypnosis as long as you are ready and than either give you suggestions for change or we will work on neutralizing the root cause of the problem.
I want to do hypnotherapy but wonder if I can be hypnotized?
If you come in for a session I always make sure that you are hypnotized before we proceed. If I notice that you are not deep enough we will not proceed with the session and you will not be charged a fee.
It is likely that you are questioning your ability to go into trance.We go into trance every single day of our lives, whether it is driving down the freeway and getting caught in a day dream (that we almost miss our exits) or getting caught up in a book/movie and having time pass by quickly.
Would I ever say anything in Hypnosis that I would regret?
Absolutely not, this would never happen. You will be fully in control during the trance state. In fact, you will also be fully aware of what is going on and what you are saying. If you had a secret to keep in your waking state you would keep it in Hypnosis. Hypnosis is a 100% consensual state and not some mystical voodoo.
Will I remember my sessions?
Of course you will. You will remember everything about your session. You will remember just as much as you remember during a conversation with a friend.
Will I lose control during our sessions or go against my own will?
Not at all - you will be fully aware of what is going on around you. Even while you are Hypnotized you have the power to accept or reject the suggestions that are given to you. If Hypnotists had the kind of power to control another being, they would be living on an island somewhere - and fortunately this is not true. Simply put the Hypnotist cannot make you do anything that you do not want to do.
What will Hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis can be compared to a very pleasant feeling of complete mental and physical relaxation. Some people compare it to that moment between knowing that they are awake and going to sleep. If you'd like to experience what Hypnosis feels like, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths for a few minutes.

1 session: $100.00
2 session: $80.00 ea.
3 session: $75.00 ea.
Is there free parking available?
Yes, there is free parking in the rear of the building. 360 Hypnosis is located in the basic health chiropractic center off of 4th avenue. If you arrive for your session and do not see a parking spot please call me and I will move my car for you.
